I Squidoo, Do you? An overview of another ad revenue sharing website.

Squidoo is this great place that I found where you can easily make webpages on anything you desire, and post them up for the world to see. The greatest thing about Squidoo is they share ad and affiliate revenue.

With a fairly easy to use interface, you can quickly create a webpage called a ‘lens’ on cars, boats, music, Angelina Jolie’s kids, Cher’s hairstyles, Krispy Kreme donuts, your Clixsense account, your new tattoo parlor, or best friend’s Ristorante Italiano. Squidoo gives you the hookup on modules you can add to write text, post images, connect to Amazon and sell products, post weather widges, post your blog entries, post relevant Google search info, connect to eBay, and on and on.

There are several advantages to creating a Squidoo page for personal use, affiliate marketing, or for business advertising. First, Squidoo has been around awhile, so any page you create is attached to their domain, which propels you to the top of the search much more quickly than starting your own website from scratch. More traffic, means more popularity, means the possibility to make more money! Yep, Squidoo shares ad revenue with you. And, they encourage you to create as many lens pages as you possibly can. And did I mention, it’s so much fun! More fun than creating a MySpace page.

So, look into Squidoo and see if you can find a way to create a personal or business page that will catch attention. Rumor has it that it takes a little bit to start earning revenue, but rumor also has it that Squidoo is a great source of revenue. In addition to other feedback, take a look at the #1 lens in the Top 100 list. If you have no hope now, that lens will give you some!
